At 60 bucks, they better have every song from the original broadcasts intact and Universal better not release this with any sort of glitches(that includes forced trailers!!!).
I will definitely be checking Quantum Leap out when it comes to Netflix. The show that sticks out in my head is the one where the devil disguises himself as Al and a young Stevie King gets ideas for future best sellers.
NO WAY! I'll fork over 60 bucks. That was one of the few shows I was allowed to watch. My dad LOVED that show - that'll be a great gift for him when it comes out.
I think that Quantum Leap was the only show in my life that I absolutely loved. There are very many that entertain me, but there was something about Quantum Leap that went beyond mere entertainment. This is exciting. I wish that I had time to actually sit down and watch it though.
I thought it was great also, I really hated the way NBC buried it by changing timeslots all the time.
Release date Jun 8th, 2004 from Amazon. $41.99 - you can get it for about $37.80 with Share the Love.
Quantum Leap was very good, but I'm probably the only one on the board interested in Northern Exposure's release in May.
I just hate that it negates much of what happened throughout the series, makes it so the things we saw throughout the run of the show didn't happen the way we saw them happen.
Also if you guys are interested in Amazon's Share the Love, you can request it here. I'll probably preorder it sometime this week.
