and as far as the joke and hostility is concerned, you became hostile towards me over the mike vick thread, from 6 months ago (talk about hostile grudges) about me arguing about black people. so how i am supposed to know its a joke.

look, I don't really care if you approve what I choose to take issue with in this forum, just the fact that you act like I only post in threads about blacks. joke or not, I have a boat load of posts for a reason. and its not because I only post or defend or whatever you think about blacks.

 

Horn shouldn't even be on trial. He shot them in HIS yard, not in the neighbors. If someone comes outside and stands in their yard and yells at you, regardless of what you said, and they have a gun in theirs hands you're not going to come at them unless you mean harm to that person. At this point he is defending himself from known felons. They were caught in the act and they did not want to get caught no matter the circumstances. They had nothing to lose like most criminals of this nature.

Thats the problem with today's pussification of society. Most people would rather see Horn go to jail for defending himself and his neighbors from felons than have him get off free. That's why our rights are slowly being taken away. Everyone now just wants to run from problems instead of facing them.

The problem is wanting to put a man in prison for killing two felons defeding himself, his neighbors, and every other person in the country. Your house could have been the next one they hit. Would you want your family in danger of ending up like Sean Taylor? You may not think it will happen to you, but it can and this is a very real thing.

My best friend's parents had their house broken into last year in the middle of the night. They threw his patio furniture through a kitchen window in the back yard. These types of criminals show no care in the world. If someone has the sack to do this they are capable of anything, including killing everyone in the house. My friend's dad came out of his room with a shotgun yelling. He didn't shoot but was prepared to do so if he had the chance. When the police showed up they found the keys to his truck and his wife's car in the front yard. They took two laptops and attempted to steal their vehicles as well. His entire family is now in possesion of guns and they are trained to use them to defend their home and their family.

You are defending taking this right away from the American public. I would rather spend my life in jail for protecting my family rather than die a coward.

 

look, I hate playing semantics, but these burglars weren't about to kill someone. if you wake up with someone in your house and shoot them, I have no problem, you're in imminent danger. but that's not what happened here.

 

Sean Taylor's house was invaded once before when nobody was home. Had they been stopped then by a neighbor, he might still be alive.

Home invaders are always imminent danger.

 

That was never even remotely the insinuation. It was a ribbing, that is all.

This thread was dumb before, but I'd like to apologize to everyone who read this last section as it has transcended general stupidity and morphed into something truly special.

 

I just really don't get why this a a race issue. The race of the criminals played no part in this. They would be just as dead regardless of the color of their skin. Quannell X just takes every opportunity to fan the flames of racism just to get whatever publicity that he can out of it. It's pathetic.

 

Have you noticed how I brought that up earlier and the people arguing against Joe Horn have failed to address it at all?
