your bass drum sounds like ****. re-track it or at least use a sample instead. Other than that, it sounds good.
You know what, it's actually not bad for just a demo. I like the music and the chorus, but man....the rapping in the verses is just....well, I'll be nice...it's just not my style. Too clichéd and predictable. I do like the guitar work though. EDIT: Just to be clear, those are guys actually playing instruments, right? Not just a sample?

To be brutally honest, they could have made it big if it was 2002. Otherwise, I'd say is well acomplished for what they set out to do.
I enjoyed it. I think the vocals on the chorus could have been tuned up a bit but otherwise good stuff.
