Peyton Manning, Dan Marino, Kelvin Kolb all started their 1st yr as freshmen, so did many others.

If you're good, you're good. From what I was hearing Ewers was a generational QB, a 5 Star! Same as MJ, Clyde Drexler, Magic and everyone else who was and is considered SPECIAL.

If you're special, your talents show.

Ewers wasn’t a freshman, he was a highschool senior

Yep, after he didn't win the job at OSU. I'm not saying he's bad, he just does not jump off the tape win I watch him on film and I've stated why several times before.

However, it's just the way I see it, he may turn out to be a great QB. Who knows.

Indeed. All 3 of them are mammals as well.

They're also 3 people who have never been in my kitchen. The comparisons end pretty shortly after that.

That's what I guessed but they were just examples of players who played as freshman in college that were notable.

I thought everyone knew Kolb, since he was a local kid.

Mills can’t seem to play a complete game. It happened again today.

Solid through three quarters, and not good enough in the fourth

Just draft Bryce Young (if we can). Don't overthink it as teams always do. The talent is obvious.

What did Mills do wrong in the 4th other than try to make a play when his team was down two scores with 5 mins left to play. That ignorant call on the 4th and 1 and the inability to stop the run were the issues. I thought Mills played well in the 4th today.

To me, Mills problem is he can not make plays off script, everything has to be perfect for him to thrive and as we ALL know, that's not how football is played.
