Yeah I was at first as well but man Bryce arm is just elite as well as his mental ability.

I just keep being reminded of that pic of Pep and Lovie with Stroud at OSU pro day last year.

Stroud just doesn’t seem as electric or dynamic as Young.

Nic loves him some SEC players so wouldn’t shock me if he went after Young.

Yep. Also Young might slip in the draft due to his size and fall right in our hands.

And also keep in mind the “O’Brien” factor he’s coaching Young right now and can provide some real in depth information about him.

Not sure how valuable information coming from “O’Brien” would be. Any QB that can win despite BO'B's play calling says quite a bit about Young.

Maybe...if the Texans don't get the #1 pick. They should invest in drafting a LT and Center in next year's draft.

Texans NEED a QB, plan and simple. Look at the team we just played, Indy. Since Andrew Luck, they have been a Doughnut or in No Man's Ville, a team with ALL the parts but no QB. And when you have all the parts and no QB, you're going to be stuck in MEDIOCRITY, winning 8,9,10 games a yr but going Nowhere, which is where Indy has been the last 3-4 yrs.

I think any of the Top 4 in this yrs draft will be better than Mills; Stroud, Young, Levi's or Richardson. Richardson is raw, EXTREMELY RAW but I think after a yr of sitting and learning he can be special. Similar to Josh Allen, who was extremely raw his first two yrs, as well.

He’s actually much more raw than even Josh Allen was. At this point he would be a complete project which isn’t the smartest thing to spend a 1st round pick on. I’d get him in the 2nd or 3rd maybe.

Will Levis is the Josh Allen clone. Really in terms of total package, he’s the best QB in the draft

Except he's not (quite) as big as Allen, as fast as Allen or as strong-armed as Allen.

With that said, he's probably about 85-90% in those categories and that's close enough for me!
Once you get to that level it's about intangibles anyway.

I've just started watching Levis and I'm impressed!
He's right now by far my most hopeful qb for us to draft next year.

Yeah I would agree with you. The arm is still elite, good size and he’s probably about the same top speed. 4.6/4.7 but great mobility and power.
Levis is someone to watch for sure

We'll see by the end of the year. Levis looks very solid but it keeps changing by the week.

Levis is more than solid, he has a far higher upside and physical upside than Stroud and Young.
Young has similar arm and running ability but doesn’t have the size or power.

Levis and Richardson look like the most athletic qbs in this draft by far

Young is the Gem of this draft I could care less about his size.

It hasn’t effected him at all and there is no reason to believe it will effect him in the pros.

Are we all this sure about Young? I didn't come away blown away by him vs UT.

I think the gem of the draft may end up being on the other side of the ball for Alabama: Will Anderson

One thing is for certain. Cj Stroud is far more accurate than Davis Mills.

When a player or team doesn't play their best, that's when you really see their worth. I thought both Young and Anderson showed how valuable they are in the 4th quarter vs Texas, Young more so.

A good or great QB is always better than a good or great defensive player.

Texans would be stupid to draft Young over Anderson if they have the #1 pick, because that's the only spot where Anderson will be available. Most likely Jags will get #1, so point is moot... maybe Texans can still draft Young if they value him as a good QB.
