I can't read her tweets any more. They are too disturbing to read any more. She is a full blown crazy radical to the extreme. She's scary. She is like Trump on massive steroids, and is inciting a whole new breed of radical crazies.

I get what your saying but perhaps “start packing to even the playing field” might not be appropriate given that a someone from the Left did shoot up a Republican Congressional softball game.

There is racism all over the United States and to be more than exact, there is hatred for black people. To point to the “Deep South” is deceptive. I have seen more overt racism and hatred of black people in Chicago and the North East and Pacific Northwest than I ever witnessed in the Deep South.

Have you lived in rural Alabama, Georgia, or Kentucky?

    This.

Trump learned the hard way that America doesn’t like losers.

The Democrats better figure out quickly that Americans don’t like those that always feign victim hood.

The Democrats have the house and senate and White House. Stop complaining about a POS first term congresswoman from Butt **** Georgia. Either Censure her or don’t. Stop telling me you had to move your office because a freshwoman congresswoman confronted you without a mask. Stop crying and telling me you are scared to go to work because of some of the Republicans. Shut up and do something about it or accept that you will be bullied.

Seriously, the only one right now with a backbone AND ethics are Joe Biden and Mitt Romney and Liz Cheney.

I have in Georgia and have spent a lot of time in Phoenix Alabama. What I have seen in parts of the Midwest is certainly worse.

Actually, according to this report from Oct the top 20 states with the most hate groups per capita shows 10 in the south, so yeah, the south prevails. There are 4 on the list in NW, 4 in central, and 2 in NE states. The list in order:

Montana, Tennessee, Arkansas, South Dakota, Louisiana, Virginia, Mississippi, Washington, Idaho, Colorado, Georgia, Oregon, Missouri, Kentucky, Maryland, South Carolina, Alabama, Vermont, Florida, and Nebraska.

    https://247wallst.com/special-report/2020/10/13/states-with-the-most-hate-groups-per-capita/

Granted, these are extremists, but also the most dangerous types.

I don’t care about what state has the most “hate groups”, that doesn’t define how black people are viewed or treated. I have seen segregation in Chicago that wouldn’t be tolerated anywhere else. I have lived in a neighborhood in Chicago that was more violent than any in the South and it was 99% black because of purposeful and systemic laws and decisions made by the local governments for 100 years all to keep black people away from the white people. I have seen officers that snicker because there is another dead negro teenager, and EMS that won’t even bother covering up a dead black body for hours so everyone can stare

I have seen black men and boys beaten by officers and purposely allowed to violate laws inside their neighborhoods selling drugs and terrorizing other black people, but as soon as they leave the black neighborhood they are immediately arrested.

Guess what? The people in these places like Chicago will tell you “well the murders are all black kids and thugs” so the murder rate isn’t so bad.

I have seen and have had cab drivers tell me they are not picking up “*******” in Chicago. I have seen entire stores in places like Ottawa Illinois lock their doors with customers inside to keep out black people.

I'm not arguing those facts. Just was saying from my own experience in the south there was a threat when I was stationed in the panhandle of Florida in the 80's. They actually warned the sailors to steer clear of Brewton, Alabama, which was a little north of us because it was so bad there. I heard stories that blew my mind. My black friends at work told me they were terrified of getting pulled over by cops on their drive to the base when they traveled to there. I guess they knew more than I did about stuff like that. I was just naive to all that stuff back then.

I know Alabama can be bad to this day. I will only say that the Midwest gets a pass. St Louis, Detroit, Chicago and Milwaukee are all especially bad for black people.

If it were me in that situation I would just catch a bus and move somewhere else, even if I was poor. I'd rather be poor in a place that's safer to live. I'd go to a church or some place where they could offer me a place to sleep without fear until I got a job and back on my feet. Living in fear isn't living at all. I'd rather be penniless but without fear.
