What someone did was take that second he looks down, plays it on a loop to make it appear he fell asleep. It is the kind of thing only an idiot would fall for. You do know that this is not the only video where Joe is actually nodding off? As much as I love Reagan, towards the end of his second term, he was nodding off frequently in public. Why can you take your blinders off and see that Joe isn't well and he is tired? Show me one video that Trump ever falling as sleep in public?
