So... it looks like trump is finally acknowledging Tillerson was correct on both... that Russia was behind the attack in the U.K., and that trump is a moron. trump should apologize to Tillerson...

Yes... it almost looked like the presence of other significant allies provided trump the cover to join in as opposed to speaking out by himself. That also seemed to be the approach of having others in the cabinet (including Haley) speak out and/or having the statements come out from "the Administration". Both Russia and even the WH put out press statements that trump called Putin to congratulate Putin on winning the "election." What was leaked out was that trump was advised to not congratulate Putin.
