According to the Internet, he was the first Westerner to earn 8th degree.

Nah greedily accepting entitlements and unspoken benefits has been their thing since they lost that war of Northern Aggression.

It's how Trump won Iowa, a state with a better economy during Obama w/o handouts than during Trump with.

It's worth noting Chuck Norris is a hyper-creationist and was a Trump supporter until declining to endorse anyone in 2020, and later condemning the DC riots. Also he's 80.

Extremely conservative Mattress Mac loves Chuck Norris and I would assume through their personal relations Norris has come across very conservative to him.

That being I never watched Walker Texas Ranger till a couple of months t. From what I saw I wouldn't think he isn't the anti government freak that has become of a lot of conservatives

Yeah. Carter was probably the last real badass.

George Bush Sr. Was all of the above except cool. Clinton wasn't exactly badass. Obama might not have been badass as well. Trump was none of the above. Biden probably not badass either, but surviving all the family tragedy might qualify.

Sure. He could hoop and loved the game. But the game doesn't put someone on the same level of badassness as serving in the military, and things like that which combine love of country as well.

Look at Trump. He never provided service towards the nation, faked his way out of military service, trashed heroes of the military and placed himself above serving.

Carter had Willy Nelson to the white house which checks coolness, served in the military, was willing to tell it like it was and be honest even when he knew it was unpopular which qualifies him for love of country and badassness.

I understand that I was just keeping it light. That being saiid it's military service is no longer a presidential candidate issue but obviously WWII had a large number of veterans and there just aren't as many veterans nowadays

I wondered about this. My son was in a school and the kids that were passing the belt test could barely break a piece of balsa wood. He got to blue within a year and we stopped. We saw some of the people that had black and they could barely do a proper kick without pulling a hammy. It seemed way too easy.

A lot of Taekwondo schools are known as "Belt Mills", martial arts schools that are encourage frequent promotions with associated promotion fees. National Karate, Karate Junction, and most of the chain Karate dojos are also infamous for this.
