Why ABC sucks:

1) Only 6 teams are ever allowed on the network (Heat, Lakers, Suns, Cavs, Mavs, Pistons)

2) The annual unbearable theme song from the MTV act du jour - Destiney's Child/Beyonce, Black-Eyed Peas, Pussycat Dolls. Think it can't get worse? Wait til we get Fergie next year.

3) Mark Jackson

Still, High Def is high def. I'll still watch.

besides, aint nothing them skanks could do for me that my wife wont gladly do for me, without the risk of having any of my man-parts falling off.

and ABC does indeed suck balls, they are the ones that caused me to have to view the ORL game on tape-delay a few weeks back, and that is UNACCEPTABLE.

When my Rockets are playing, I want to be watching....

 

Don't forget Rob Thomas. I honestly thought a higher-up at the NBA had a financial interest in his CD when it came out. Because there is no way on Earth anyone could like "This Is How A Heart Breaks" enough to play it 4,000 times EVERY game of the playoffs.

this is my number one complaint. I don't watch because I'm sick of seeing these teams. all the other stuff doesn't matter. I think mark jackson is okay, I think he's definitly improved.

 

Seriously, this is so true. I knew I wasn't the only one sick and tired of watching the freaking CAVS play every Sunday.....nobody outside of Cleveland gives a rat's *** about "King James". Hell, it's pretty damn obvious even HE doesn't care about the sport, he's only in it for the money. Stop trying to cram him down our throats.....I'm still baffled as to how Cleveland vs. Chicago makes it on national TV for like the third time this season when Houston vs. Utah is a much more intriguing matchup, considering what's on the line. Plus, you would THINK that having McGrady and Yao would make for great tv, but obviously some corporate douchebag at DisneyWorld thinks that people would rather see the "Chosen One" phoning it in game after game after ******* game.....sorry, I'm just sick and freaking tired of watching the same 6 teams play every Sunday, when there are plenty of other teams out there with better storylines. Time to go pop in the Championship DVDs and remember the good ol' days.

Totally agree. NBA on NAT TV is always focused on the most popular teams...

Unlike MNF and sometimes baseball on Fox which is diverse in the teams they choose.

They have no business doing NBA spots or even making records but any of you doubting the hotness of these ladies needs to get some psychological testing done to see if you are secretly longing for the company of men once the lights go out.

Yeah, I really wish broadcasts would just focus on the game. No interviews with people in the corwd, no random annecdotes from Bill Walton, no marketing crap. Just focus on the game!
