We stayed one night in Culebra right on Flamenco Beach. One of the most beautiful beaches in the world. But make sure to take inspect repellent.

Flamenco Beach, which is in the Isla Culebra (Culebra Island). IIRC, you can get there either by ferry or a small plane.
