If the admins feel that this thread is not appropriate, then I understand... I would just like to mention a little bit about the Fantasy Forum here. I get the feeling that many people think it is nothing more than a forum where people do their fantasy basketball leagues. Nothing could be further from the truth... Not only are fantasy basketball leagues talked about in that forum (and it always seems that we have at least 4 or 5 going), but fantasy baseball leagues and fantasy football leagues. But 2 things in particular that are happening in that forum that I feel not many would know even exist are the Suicide League and the OOTP baseball simulation league. The Suicide League is picking NFL games, specifically picking the one team that you feel is a "lock" to win that week. If your lock loses, then you are out of the game. Since the NFL season has started, it is too late for anyone else to join the Suicide League but this thing has become big and will be around next year in the Fantasy Forum. The other is the Out Of The Park (Version 4) Baseball Simulation game. This thing is highly addicting. We have had a league now for over 3 years and we move our seasons very quickly. For more information, please see this thread: We tried promoting our league recently in the fantasy forum, but so far have had no interest. I think it is because everyone who posts in the fantasy league already knows about it. It is tough promoting it in this forum because it gets moved, which is understandable. I apologize in advance if this is a topic that is not appropriate for this forum, but I do not know of any other way of getting the word out that there is more to the Fantasy Forum besides fantasy basketball leagues other than posting about it in the Hangout.
The OOTP sounds interesting. I like stat-based sports sims and my 2 current leagues are winding down.
