Hilarious, except for the fact that Starbucks is required, under law, to protect their trademarks. One of the few ways to lose a trademark is to not defend it. That is why you get stories about "big bad" businesses nit picking the little guys about trademarks. Unfortunately, they must, or risk losing the trademark.
