This just might be a person in alliance with the Anthrax person. These people are like Manson I tell yah.
I read somewhere that Tracy McGrady is the 13 year old's favorite basketball player. When T-Mac found out, he send the boy an autographed jersey and a videotaped message with some words of encouragement. He also plans to fly him in to watch a Magic game when the season starts. I thought that was pretty nice of him.
Because an American would be less likely to use the term "Policeman" in this context, I suppose, especially since the note would be expected to be addressed to the police collectively rather than to a single Policeman. But it may just be reading too much into the little that is there. Speaking of, I read a long-analysis of the Anthrax letters written by an amateur detective, and he made some leaps that are not all that dissimilar. For example, his theory was that a child wrote the letters that accompanied the Anthrax. One of his reasons for believing this was because the letters were written in all-caps, but still had larger initial letters on some words. The person claims that adults wouldn't do this... Problem with that is that many adults, including myself, do write that way sometimes. Another example in support of his theory was how the person who addressed the envelopes didn't put serifs on the "I" but put them on the "1". He claimed only a child would be likely to do that. But I've done that myself, especially when I was to disguish between the Is and the 1s. The amateur detective assumed that anyone who wanted to distinguish would put the serfis on the I and not on the 1. But sometimes people, like me, just happen to do things a little differently.
So there were no shootings on the weekend for the second week in a row. So maybe he's a long range commuter and works Mon-Fri in the area. I doubt it's a coincidence he's not striking on the weekends.
Damn......eyewitnesses are saying two men in a van (again), and describing them as middle eastern. I would MUCH prefer this to be one psycho. Psycho's can be caught, and it's over. But terrorists are a steady stream of psychos. Two men is not a typical MO........I'm really starting to fear that this is creative terrorism.
1. these have been good shots...really good shots 2. they've been amazingly adept at avoiding the authorities even in the face of a massive manhunt and the authorities ready and waiting in anticipation for the next strike just my guess...these guys have been trained by someone...not just army riflemen, but guys who know how to get around "on the inside." i hope i'm wrong...because i agree with your sentiment about hoping it's a random psycho.
