Yeah, Miata's absolutely suck. One question, when you run the endurance races in GT3 are there still times when your car is completely outclassed? I know that at times in GT2 you would enter in an endurance race with your car right up to the allowable limits of HP and you would go against something crazy like a GT40 which would blow away all of the other cars. ------------------ Whatever happened to feminism being about taking off bras and burning them? i can give you a bunch of times, wait, i will be right back all these times are =kinda screwey, but im sure you can guage yourself to some degree. i dont know what the gear settings were as i just took all them out of the garage and raced them, but i bet most were stretched more for speed rather than acceleration they will come as follows car name, 400 time/speed 1000 time/speed, max speed. audi TT 15.066/110, 25.337/147, 179.1 mini cooper 15.789.97, 27.694/125, 154.2 supra 11.365/150, 18.651/209, 254.5 nsx 11.546/129, 20.502/167, 219.4 viper 10.462/150, 18.029/196, 271.0 clk55 12.717/123,21.947/162, 203.6(still in 5th??) 300ZX 11.950/142,19.845/195, 251.5 i have more cars, but i was getting terribly bored doing all the tests skyline and 3000gt are both simular to the supra and vipers numbers. also the vits sucks, evolutionVI is ok, and bugs irritate me, but are pretty quick. all these times and speeds can easily be beaten by the way, so dont get too exciteed, im just giving a barometer. peace [This message has been edited by The Voice of Reason (edited July 31, 2001).]
I started out with a PT Cruiser . It takes All your money but you win the FR Races easily and can get the money you need for a better car . Is that the way you get freebie cars and unlock other cars - by winning series? If so, I'm doomed because I still suck at turning. Hehe. I found a non-aspirated race in the Amateurs that I can consistently whoop up on the competition with my Frankenstein'd SVT. That's $15k a pop for each victory. Well, I just bought a CLK55 last night to see if I can win one of those Mercedes-only races and maybe grab $20k a pop. I wanted to get a Viper, but I figure I have the 700+ hp, 220 mph Mustang for the American muscle-car shootouts. Damn this game is hard when you are first starting. I have some hooptie honda with the $12K turbo kit. Good enough to beat cars in the first series of race, but nothing else How the hell do you guys figure out how to turn and exactly how slow or fast to turn. I want that damn 220 Jaguar for $780k, but I only got like $10k

Gran Turismo 2 or The First are both excellent racing games for PS1 . Man I havent got around to playing this game in a while then Best Buy didnt have Tony Hawk 3 so I wound up buying crash bandicoot 5 or whatever .
I have an 1100 horsepower Lotus Esprit (One of the older ones) that will CRUSH anything you guys wanna put up against it. . 270 mph on the oval WHO WANTS SOME. But if you absolutely have to win a race against the toughest cars. The two F1's are unstoppable once you put a turbo kit in them. Youll win the endurance races by at least 15 laps....even if you suck.
Dodge Viper : 1088 hp Max Speed : 271.2 mph (I think I can adjust the gearing to get this to go faster) 400m : 9.783 1600m : 17.831 (I might be able to improve on this)
