    Ugh, my poor fantasy team.

    First Oden goes down.

Then I pick up Przybilla to replace him.

    Then he goes down.

    Now it's time for...

I'm in the same boat as you :p

Luckily for Portland this isn't happening to Roy or Aldridge.

wow this sucks for portland they have a lot of injuries and bad ones they had the best center combo in the league IMO with oden/pryzbilla and now both are gone

batum is out for the season (or a very extended amount of time), fernandez is hobbled

even with the talent they have i dont know if roy and aldridge can carry them into the playoffs.

they are going to have make a trade for a big and give up a piece like outlaw/webster and possibly bayless

Man Portland always seems to catch a break ;)

Don't really feel bad for them. We lost our franchise center too, and we DON'T have Brandon Roy to console us.

    get welll Joel...
i wonder who are they going to try to get to full the Center spot....

Gortat, J. Oneal are unhappy but who would they give up in the trade. They dont have enough assets....

    Good luck Trail blazers....

Plus, sending him out to bang with the big boys is just throwing his frail reed-like body to wolves. I doubt he will be effective, unlike Oden LMA seems to be too delicate to mix it up inside. Portland plays a half court game and that really wears your C's out.

If I was Pritchard I'd rather have J Howard, that pendelgraph dude or sign a D league call up to play C rather than risk LMA with his brand new contract at that spot.

True but imagine if we had Yao/TMAC but lost Scola, Landry, Lowry, Brooks and Battier so our starting lineup would be...

    Yao/Andersen
    Hayes/Dorsey
    Ariza/Budiner
    TMAC/Taylor
    Conroy?/???

That would have a VERY hard time making the playoffs not impossible but difficult.

These seem to be perfect for them. Well maybe not O'neal since he has a huge contract, but the Magic might want to upgrade their pg spot by trading Gortat for Miller/Blake/Bayless.

First their win against us a few weeks ago has Oden going out, and now a win against Dallas with Pryzbilla gone.

    Costly wins.

Seriously? We had guys like J howard, Cato, Luther Head and various NY washouts and still made the playoffs, and the West then was more competitive than now. It was so bad we had a game where only 4 people scored in the entire game. Ariza, present Hayes and Conroy with C-bud and Andersen as bench guys would be 3x better than that roster. With full strength Tmac and Yao we make playoffs easy IMHO.

Nah. More like Daryl Morey's voodoo against Kevin Pritchard for snatching Roy and Fernandez.

Man that sucks! I wish him well.

I'm glad the Mavs lost and Kidd got what he deserves for elbowing our Andersen. Kicked in the balls by Roy! LOL

The West was NO WHERE NEAR as tough as it is now or the last few years but even so I didn't say that team wouldn't make the playoffs but it would be hard. Lakers, Nuggets, Suns, Dallas, SAS and Utah would all be better so it will leave us fighting for the final two spots with New Orleans and OKC...not easy.
