Protesting Property Tax Reps

    I just checked mine, and it's about right.

    One question I have:

    Zillow and HCAD both list my home as a 2BD 2BA, when actually it is a 3BR 2BA. How do I get this changed? Should I change it? Should I care?

    You should only change it if it affects your square footage. If it adds more footage, then do it so your price per sf goes down. Automatic deduction right there!

    Well, the sqft has always been the same. I will take out my inspection report from when I bought the house to see if they measured it and if the sqft is any different than what is on HCAD.
