The best part about this is of course, that equal rights are being granted to citizens. The second best part about this is watching the cadre of 3-4 times divorced, in-and-out of affairs, charged with sexual harassment "family values" hypocrites rail against it.
This just seems like a no-brainer to me. I can't come up with a compelling legal reason to have the state deny any two competent adults from marrying one another.
Do lesbians not have butts? After researching the topic on google, I've discovered that lesbians do in fact have butts.
My man! It's always nice to know there are others like me, dedicated to the art of research. At the end of the study I realized how hard the task really proved to be, but it was well worth it.
southpark always has the answers to everyone's issues.. I vote for Butt Buddies. Anyways whether you are for or against Prop 8 I find it ludicrous how one judge can overturn the votes of millions. "With a stroke of his pen, Judge Walker has overruled the votes and values of 7 million Californians who voted for marriage as one man and one woman." just seems like everyones voices doesn't matter and how one insignificant clearly biased judge can overrule everyone's vote. So where do you draw the line? Oh by the way I am not against the whole gay marriage thing. If you want to call it marriage, butt buddies, or whatever it should be up to the church, and the individuals. I do agree gays, lesbians, bis should have the same rights as everyone else.

Now let's stop wasting millions back and forth.
Why is that? It violates the constitution. Millions of people can vote to re-establish slavery - it's still not constitutional.
