God knows I wouldn't sell my boy's poster but how much would a life sized autographed Yao poster from last year get me on ebay? It is sentimenatally priceless to me but curiosity is itching...
Don't do it Chance!!! It'll break your little boy's heart. I only sold mine cause my girlfriend and brother went with me and each got one. (we showed up about 5 hours ahead of time to make sure we were among the first ones in) I begged them to let me have them since I payed their way. They did, so I'm keeping the others for myself. To get them, somebody's gonna have to pry them from my cold dead hands!
I've seen one on ebay sell for close to $500. I have one of the rare autographed ones as well. Got it laminated too! yay me!
I should be able to go. We got the weekend and holiday miniplan, so I get to go to all the special games...I guess that's what you would call them. Should be pretty "radical."
Don't worry. I'm not gonna sell it any more than I am going to sell THIS! There are only about five in existence and I've got two of them! It's a promotion item that (sadly) never materialized. Oh well...maybe next time
Man, thats freaking awesome! Why didnt they ever give those aways? I wouldve waited outside the Compaq Center at least 2 hours to grab one of those.
Man I am bummed that I live in Pennsylvania. My only recourse is to pay the unbelievable prices these things get on ebay.

We typically give away premiums to the first 5,000 fans. Once in a while, for a particularly expensive premium, we may drop it to 4,000. If we go higher, it's typically because one of our corporate partners kicked in and wants to help send a big thank you to our fans. We could do more than 5,000 a night, but then we'd have to have less premium nights. 5,000 tends to be the level at which we get the biggest bang-for-buck from an attendance standpoint. Tim
I just thought this was interesting. If you look at the first post of this thread the original giveaway on Feb. 9th against the Spurs was an Eddie Griffin Celebriduck with real headband. If you look at the rockets.com website now it is Feb. 9th Jim Jackson Celebriduck with bath sponge. Not looking good for Ed.
I guess bobbleheads are out. After changing from a Yao Ming bobble head to a Yao Ming Foam Head on Nov. 8, the Rockets are changing the Steve Francis bobble head on Dec. 6th to a Steve Francis FUNhead. link Interestingly enough they still are offering the Mo Taylor bobble head on Jan. 31st (no jokes about being included with a free blunt please). After Eddie's troubles they replaced his celebriduck with a Jim Jackson celebriduck.
