I had a hell of a good time at my prom. seriously. also since it is part of our culture, I think it is nice sometimes to be able to say ... yeah at me prom we bla bla bla. if you dont go it ends up being depressing and like some kind of statement about your life then again I was king of my prom so maybe that was part of it, but then again i hated the girl that won queen, and we could barely dance together without talking ****. I left her and danced with my GF after like 20 secs and all the pictures were taken. whatever. it is one of those times where conforming to society is a good thing have fun
I wasn't really excited about going to mine, but my girlfriend wanted to go so we did. It ended up being one of the most memorable nights of my life. Wearing that tux, seeing her in that dress, feeling her against me as we danced....it's a feeling I'll never forget. It was the first night that we actually spent together and honestly the first time we ever "made love". I mean we had been intimate before, but that night was just different, more special.
oh yeah? when i was on the balcony, throwing ice at cars, (while my girlfriend danced with other guys), my friend actually hit a car on the windshield and the people got out and started yelling at us. but we ran away when we saw them getting out. this was in downtown houston. the end.
I went to 2 proms. I went with my best friend who was a senior when I was a junior and to my senior prom. When I went as a junior everything went wrong. The limo broke down and I had to help push it out of the drive way in my tux. One of my friends got stupid and jumped out of the car while going to Galveston and I had to chase her stupid ass down and carry her like a sack of potatoes down 45 back to the car. She kicked me in the mouth when I was putting her back in the car. I look back now and it is really funny and I had a blast. My senior prom was awesome. I took this hottie that I met on the airplane flying back from my grandparents. When I say hottie, I mean she was so hot that I and everyone I knew was in shock that she came with me. I still get wood thinking about this girl. She was 4'11" about 105 lbs, most of that breasts, and built like a brick ****house. She made that the most wonderful night and again the next morning I had ever had up to that point in my life. Anyway, about prom, I didnt have a ton of close friends in high school but it was a great time to spend with everyone. I would definitely spend the money and do it again.
