I doubt you have $1000 to spare. Even if you did, you will never admit you are wrong no matter how wrong you are. And that is why only a fool would bet you.

Project 2025 is their real agenda. They will try to implement it. And when they do, you will sit here spinning away to avoid admitting you are wrong.

If you are willing to do so as well, I will deposit $1,000 in an escrow account. In fact I will do it first. If public education or the interstate highway system cease to exist, or a million or more US citizens are deported in the next four years, you get it. If not, I get it. In fact, I don't even need to get anything out of winning, if you go in and I win, I will donate your $1,000 to ClutchFans.

Cease to be funded. States can still have a public education system and build highways. To say it will cease to exist is a gross mischaracterization of my what I was saying.

I was tlaling about Project 2025. You know that. So stop this nonsense strawman.

If we are forced to say bye bye to education or the interstate highway system, or millions of US citizens are deported (your exact words) you would win. Why are you hesitant?

Such brilliant reading you two. Wow.

@StupidMoniker, seriously, give it a rest. If your conditions for "belief" were accurate, then we could prove that 99.9% of people online actually have zero beliefs, because nearly zero of them will bet $1000 with internet strangers. :D

Maybe. I think a lot of people would bet $1,000 with internet stranger. They literally do it all the time on sites like DraftKings.com. The fact is that Sweet Lou know that we won't be saying bye bye to education or the interstate highway system and we won't be deporting millions of United States citizens. You know it, I know it, everyone knows it. It has nothing to do with the willingness to bet "Internet strangers" (like I haven't been here for almost 30 years). It is because he knows damn well none of that is going to happen. This Trump term is not going to be some dystopian nightmare, it will be somewhat to the right of the Biden administration. Life will generally go on and there will be another election in 2026 and 2028 and so on.

I didn't mean that they would blow up roads or ban education - just what is in Project 2025 which is not funding it any further.

Was millions of citizens being deported an exaggeration? potentially - I don't know if it will be millions to be honest, but definitely there will be US citizens deported yes. But it should be obvious the difference between rhetorical points.

Regardless, I wouldn't bet you $5 on a single US citizen being deported or budges on education or highways being cut. It's not because I am worried about losing a bet - I just think it's pointless. No one pays up on the internet. There is no accountability. And I don't even know you - even if I win, you'd deny you lost and finally no one gives a **** anyway. WTF.

We could bet $1k on whether global warming is real or not, and you'd argue that it's not and I should pay up no matter how much proof or evidence is provided. Your set of facts and reality is completely different from reality. So how the F can we even broker a bet and determine the winner. It's utterly useless.

I feel like for this forum it's more divorce dad vibes than incel vibes. They both have very similar vibes.

All the 40+ year old dudes spamming tweets here are peak divorce dad energy.

Life will definitely go on, but dystopian nightmare will be in the eye of the beholder and the person who experiences it. For people who are okay with their vote for Trump, watch a little FOX for talking points, keep hating the "enemy within" libs, but otherwise tune out, they will say things are grand, (well, except for the extreme libs and inner cities they're shown on TV and in short video clips online). They would not call even substantial and obvious societal changes a nightmare because their team would consider such criticism unthinkable. Maybe the grocery store prices already look better today because their guy won. That's partly human nature.

Meanwhile, many other people, whether they are deported, harassed (already happening), or lose their jobs in non-conservative media or K-12 education or at universities, etc., ... those folks might disagree about the experience. If you're a legal voter and get arbitrarily scrubbed from a voting roll over the next two years and have only a local red state bureaucracy as your recourse, you might disagree about whether or not you're living a nightmare.

We will just see, if we're watching anyway.

Great point B-Bob, they will not criticize ANYTHING IMO over the next 2 years as there would be back lash. I also think you will see companies who will not want to do anything to piss off trump for fear of being canceled............and I am just waiting for trump to try and sue someone like NBC for their late-night folks talking bad about him.

You don't know what Lawfare is?

It is prosecuting MAGA supporters and officials for the crimes they actually committed based on valid evidence. It is done by an independent judiciary.

This is why Trump supporters hate it so much.

I don't know, Bragg got in with a campaign promise to nail the orange sob, then went with the most unorthodox strategy, one the previous prosecutor rejected.

I've forgotten most the details already ( chatbot ruining my knowledge retention) but it was definitely a case where while the rule of law got a conviction, the spirit was undeniably twisted to get a result. Bragg didn't charge Trump for the election law violations that made the misdemeanor a felony.

The GA case was more legit to nail him but Fani Willis's fanny will is/was too weak to temptation.

    She got reelected btw.

A failed policy by a bunch of men who were stuffed into lockers, and ignored by women their whole lives and want to blame others because they are so lame.

I am not on Draftkings nor fanduel nor any other site.

Again, defunding is what I am talking about. But I don't want to do internet bets. Why is that such a hard thing for you to grasp? Even if I know there is a 100% chance of me winning, I don't want to do a $1,000 bet.

But maybe for $100,000 I would consider.

I'm sure the high school bully/p***y magnet demo has the best policy ideas.
