While bosh is not worth the max, I think we need to give him whatever it takes to sign him. We used to be set up to go on a run in FA next year, but we switch that to this year once we traded Asik and let Parsons become a RFA.

We can not get a big name FA next year once we resign Parsons. I think Morey needs to do whatever it takes to get a 3rd superstar to sign and then use birds rights to bring Parsons in. Once we have a 3rd star we can talk about trading them, but that is the only way can we make a move going forward. If not we are going to be up against the cap just to retain our current team.

If that means Melo or Bosh it really doesn't matter. Love would be great too, but he would definitely cost assets. Those assets are probably better left here than with another team.

I think bosh or melo makes us better than a 54 win team that we were last season, even with the loss of Asik and most likely Lin.

True and we'd get to keep Parsons and the pick we got from New Orleans. Bosh and Howard would easily be the best front court in the league

Nosh, Howard, a more focused Harden, an improved Parsons and an insane Beverley would make us a 60+ win team. As long as we have proper depth of course

Agreed. Bosh would upgrade our team defensively from a personnel standpoint, and would be another voice in the locker room preaching hard work on defense. I feel the entire team (that expects to return next season) is really committed to coming back being a better team defensively, and adding Bosh would be a huge plus because of the speed and length he brings to the table. Offensively, he would definitely be in the corners a lot, and perhaps used a little bit like how Scola was used by McHale - as a trigger man on the elbow because of his triple threat ability from that spot, and on the block occasionally, but especially while Howard is resting on the bench.

Boshman would fit here better than Carmelo (tug of war with Harden) or Love (where's the Love - needy). Bosh is willing to be first/second/third option - as long as he gets paid what he thinks he's worth. And he's willing to rebound/defend regardless - stuff in short supply besides D12 and Bev.

If the heat trio is breaking up, we need to do everything to get James.

I dont want James to go elsewhere while we hand out a massive contract to an incredibly overrated Chris Bosh.

    Say NO to Bosh!

Bosh is a perfect fit on this team--moreso than Love IMO because Bosh is a better defender.

He is even a better fit than Melo, although Melo is overall the better player.

The only better player we could feasibly obtain would be LeBron, but for w/e reason it sounds like he hates the Rockets. (Which I don't get--Houston may be unattractive compared to Miami, but it's still better than Phoenix or Cleveland.)
