you know i can't tell. I think if goes to a west coast offense team, he can be the next Jeff Garcia. I can tell you already that he will be better than Jamarcus Russell.. I don't know if he'll get Jamarcus money though.
The texans played a very similar schedule and shaub put up big number against the Niners, Bills, Rams, Dolphins and Seahawks. So are you going to diminish what matt shaub did? The texans beat two teams with winning records so did the titans. All the qbs ahead of him said screw the probowl and therefore he is playing, but don't diminish what he did.
No, I'm going to credit Schaub for the things he did which were within his control, and I'm doing the same with Vince. Team wins and losses are generally not within the control of an individual player. There's plenty to praise Vince about (he had a fantastic season, really, and blew me away) without diverting into things that aren't his - that's all I'm saying.
having the best running back in the league, it would help, look mark sanchez, he has the best run offense in the NFL, and he is in the AFC championship. look matt schaub, the run offense was almost absent, and look the texans almost made it to the playoffs. if you swap the titans running game to the texans running game, how many would the texans had won?
Didn't I hear today that the Pro Bowl sold out? Something about this year's game selling the most tickets than any Pro Bowl in decades?
3,000 tickets left. Dolphins/Pro Player/Landshark/Sun Life stadium holds 68K. Aloha Stadium holds 50K and they've hosted the game since 1980. So it makes sense that this will be the most attended pro bowl in a long time. FWIW, the next 2 pro bowls will be back in Hawaii.

All three AFC QB's are from the AFC South, and the best QB in the division won't even be there. Tell me that's not funny. The 2010 Pro Bowl will be the "New Coke" of the NFL. They had better put it back to the way it was, or they are going to ruin any prestige that comes from being a pro-bowler that is left.
I wonder if more players would participate if it were flag football (I know that sounds ridiculous) instead of fullpads and tackling? Take off the helmets, let them play some exhibition ball for fun... no? I guess the hard part would be the whole OL/DL thing...
Robert Edwards ... first round pick by the Patriots, 1000 yard rookie season. I actually remember watching that. It was a flag football game on beach sand for fun with some retired NFL players mixed with current players. That was a very severe injury. EDIT: Is there some sort of disorder (like dyslexia) that causes people to mispronounce or misremember last names that sound plural or singular? I hear things like Kevin "Walters" and Owen "Daniel" all the time.
garrison hearst. and thats why we don't play football on the beach anymore. oops, nevermind, he got injured in 99 though. (liek duh, he was always injured, amirite)
