[FONT=&quot]At the end of the day what matters is football. Football is the ultimate team sport and the team around you matters more than a man’s race. You can throw out names and races of guys but what you should be asking is;

· [FONT=&quot]Who was the coach? Was he elite? Was he communicator? Motivator?[/FONT]
· [FONT=&quot]Who was the offensive coordinator? What was his philosophy? Was he conservative or aggressive? Did it suit the personnel?[/FONT]

[/FONT]
· [FONT=&quot]Who was the defensive coordinator? What was his philosophy? Was he conservative or aggressive? Did it suit the personnel?[/FONT]
[FONT=&quot]
[/FONT]
· [FONT=&quot]Was the offensive line good? What was their strength? Were they a run or pass blocking unit? Were they a disciplined unit? How many penalties did they produce in the red zone? Could they protect the QB?[/FONT]

[/FONT]
· [FONT=&quot]Did the QB have an elite wide receiver? If so, did he have a reliable number 2 threat? Could the WR unit stretch the field and get defenders out of the box?[/FONT]

· [FONT=&quot]Did the QB have a viable run threat at RB? Was he a fumbler? Could he pick up a Blitzer?[/FONT]

· [FONT=&quot]How was the team defensively? Could they get off the field on third down? Were they a good red zone unit? Did they force turnovers?[/FONT]

[/FONT]
· [FONT=&quot]How good were the special teams? (Don’t laugh it matters in football). Did the team have a reliable kicker to make clutch kicks? Could the punter kick you out of bad field position or consistently put kicks inside the 20 yard line? How was the return game? Was it explosive, reliable, or bad?[/FONT]

[FONT=&quot]All of these factors are more important than a man’s race and are the reasons why teams win or lose games. If the OP (or anyone else) doesn’t want a team to draft a kid to play quarterback because he’s black, then they should have the stones to say so and not have to hide be behind some other premise and calling it science.[/FONT]
