this show sucks. why the **** is it taking so long for them to break out of prison. why arent they dead yet
He got sent to the prison BECAUSE his brother was being executed. He specifically requests it, and the judge says "i find it incumbent that you see the inside of a prison cell... bla bla.... but I will honor that request..." Basically, it's just such an isolated incident in his life that if he hadn't fired deadly weapons, it wouldn't be such a big deal. Oh, and he didn't design the prison. I don't exactly remember, but it was supposed to be designed by someone, then that person subcontracted it to someone who is in the humongous firm that Scofield works for. Then Scofield stole the blueprints. It's something like that. Now, if you want to argue that what are the chances that someone he works with designed the prison.... Yes, it is ridiculous. However, why make a show about something normal? This is a show about the one time in history that these things came together (blueprint, genius brother, brother being executed) to form an interesting plot. Yes, as you can see, I'm really into this show, hahaha... It's not as good as Lost IMO, but its almost as good. It's keeping me occupied til Sep 4th when Lost starts up again.
Ok, I though it was just alright for a season premiere... I really didn’t understand why the show acted like we would forget what happened at the end of season one with the guys running in a dark field with choppers and tons of cops following them.. I thought that the start of season 2 would be better than them just ducking around a tree in the forest with almost NO cops around.. I though it was really lame how when the guys were running next to the train and the head guard didn’t even shoot under the train.. I like the new FBI character guy, and I think he will add a good shot of depth to the show.. THANK GOD they killed of Veronica (I think that was her name), she was LAME and bored the hell out of me..
One of my friends is a PA on the show now that it's moved production to Dallas. We keep trying to come up with stuff for her to say to William Fitchner since she's always bringing him his per diem.
I'm not too impressed with the direction the show is going, IMO it doesn’t have the suspense or drama that it did when the show took place in the prison.. I hope things start getting more interesting, but I'll still keep watching..
I agree that this show blows other shows. I watched LOST for half the season and then got bored with it. Too many flashbacks with no real resolutions. Season 2 of Prison Break has been really good so far. It's not going to be as great as the Prison element but I am still hooked. What I like the most about the show is that they tease you but give you what you want at the same time. I also like that they are not afraid to kill characters off, so anyone can go next (except the two Scoffields of course ). I really don't like the new FBI guy, I hate how almost every cop show has to have a "know it all" who can figure everything out and tries too hard to be all smooth. This is the main reason I HATE CSI Miami and Law & Order: Criminal Intent. The two main characters figure everything out and try to be so damm smooth. It gets really annoying and is so cheesy.
I like the show, T-Bag has his hand back, thanks to a skilled veterinarian. And then we get to see the soft hearted side of T-Bag, when he humanely puts the Vet to sleep.
wow, not much discussion on Prison Break on here these days. anyhow, does anyone know why there wasn't an episode last night? i mean, didn't they just come back from a hiatus.
A new ep. will be on next Monday. I think Fox was trying to keep interest in this season's 24, which has been monumentally boring.
Last night's episode was really good. Looks like there was some type of incestuous relationship between Caroline and Terrance.
That was the worst ending to a season ever. I can't believe they are going to make another one. Spoiler The end reminded me of 8 mile with scofield walking into the bright light, i can't possibly imagine what next season is about... The only guess is some sort of conspiracy within all of this involving the bald guy who writes his words on paper.
