People would say Bron but I'd take Kobe and his killer instinct

Prime Kobe, a delicacy no doubt, was only a side dish to the main course - Shaq sirloin. Prime Lebron comes with a side of Wade and Bosh salad. I'll take Shaq/Kobe.

Lebron is not in his prime. I would take Lebron over Kobe at what he is now.

No denying Kobe is good. I think Lebron could have done the same with the support the Lakers give.

He did for 3 years. First round exits 2 years, and no playoffs one year.

    This isn't even an argument.

LeBron's best seasons are light years ahead of anything Kobe has done statistically.

The only thing Kobe can argue on Lebron - *now* - is longevity.

Easily LeBron. No one can impact a game like him today.

Once Lebron reaches his prime we could more accurately debate. Statwise Lebron is better, easily. You could say Kobe is a better end-game finisher, but a lot of people forget him quitting on his team and just passing the ball around to prove a point, much like lebron has done...kobe takes a lot of end game shots but he's missed a ton too...which people forget. I take lebron b/c he's already a better player than Kobe-prime and he isn't even in his prime yet.

How can anyone say LeBron has not reached his prime yet? He's smack dab in the middle of it.

Prime Kobe might be a tad bit more flashier, polished, and clutch, but I honestly think a Prime LeBron makes maximizes the potential of a team. LeBron fits more into a Magic or Bird category, which is why his teams usually win alot of games and are competitive for a couple playoff series.

Could you imagine teaming Lebron up with Shaq, Van Excel, Campbell, and Jones or even Shaq and Glenn Rice?

Yeah I don't get that either, he didn't come from a 4 year program, he came straight out of high school. This is his prime.

    I'd choose Kobe.
