Seems eerily reminiscent of: “When looking for a life partner, my advice to women is date all of them: the bad boys, the cool boys, the commitment-phobic boys, the crazy boys. But do not marry them. The things that make the bad boys sexy do not make them good husbands. When it comes time to settle down, find someone who wants an equal partner. Someone who thinks women should be smart, opinionated and ambitious. Someone who values fairness and expects or, even better, wants to do his share in the home. These men exist and, trust me, over time, nothing is sexier.” https://www.goodreads.com/quotes/772391-when-looking-for-a-life-partner-my-advice-to-women
I think anyone's business that recruits annoys people, but I'm in a very niche market, and am off the phone in under a minute if they aren't interested.
I'm willing to bet I'll get the money back. But I'm not too keen on this being the second time she's asked for money. I've dated enough to know it isn't normal.
Depends on the girl. Most of my exes are still friends with me. Went out with drinks with the last ex a couple months ago. I was running 40 minutes late and she still waited, even though she already had another boyfriend.
BTW, love the Jack Tripper reference. I spent $200 on dinner last night. I can be stupid with expenses.
