Teddy Roosevelt (Russo-Japanese War mediation) and Woodrow Wilson (League of Nations) are the only two I can find before Obama. Either way, this is relatively unprecedented. Doesn't seem like Obama did as much as his presidential peers, but we're in a more globally peaceful era.
