We know some of the personnel but the casual fans who are interested do not. "If There's been personnel change and will probably continue to change. Who really knows why its like that now and when he adds other people to it" this is the exact page to put it so people can know the hierarchy of the business and who does what. Like honestly this is a first for me usually any school/company/business list front office or upper management. Its like a short paragraph and a pic, not a whole fking life story one page long about one person. Modesty. It may not mean much to u, but don't assume people r complaining about it due to politics. Only dude in the whole league that does this, maybe he's just new. Like no ones gonna make any comment if he has a page long on the gm, president and coach also. Maybe formatting. But to me a page long praising himself, kinda weird. Apparently there's grammar errors on it too according to some readers on reddit, i didn't read the whole thing, but if that's true quite unprofessional.
Aside from the obvious, even stylistically it's horrible, poorly chosen layout, font and photo sizes, colors, everything looks like someone's first stab at this. Compare it to not just the content, but the how the example teams linked above just look. Professional versus amateurish.
Does it really matter? I understand wanting to see the credits on a movie or show to research what else these people have worked on and find more of their work.... If there was a list this thread wouldn't exist and you probably wouldn't have spent 3 seconds looking at the front office personnel anyways. Does anyone really care and why? I'm not talking about caring who the GM is, I'm talking about really knowing every single front office personnel. Who here knew the personnel from before Tillman was owner? Doubt anyone can name the 2016-2017 personnel without looking it up...

And u would use this page to look it up. The point is there is a time and place to plaster yourself. If he wanted to tell us his life story, an owner profile section will suffice. Just saying modesty and professionalism goes a long way in business. The rocket does provide a nice media guide about the front office all the way at the bottom. Casual fans will get turn off reading that monstrosity of an autobiography. Three pictures. No captions on who is who on the last pic. Formatting kinda disgusting. Oh wait media guide is from 2017-2018, jeezus how unprofessional. Still has a pic of cp3 and Harden in it

I actually never said that, I said leftist like to blame one man for everything. Not that leftist attack Tillman for his political stance. I'm not even trying to make it political but it is easy to tell who is who on this site. People who get triggered over the smallest things tend to lean to a certain political party. I don't really criticize, I disagree and share my opinion. I still respect other's opinion even if I find it silly to care so much about front office directories. First off its not a small bio, its a page long with three pictures. Grammar mistakes is riddled in there, one picture has many people but no caption so a causal can't even follow along Plus the media guide that talks about further front office info is fkin 3 years old. I don't give a rat's ass about Tilman's political opinions. He's entitled to support who he wants to support. In fact, I've constantly been saying that I don't think Harden or anyone else's problems with Tilman are based on politics. Just answer one simple question. Does this page accurately depict the Houston Rockets Front Office? You can go on and on about it not being a big deal but it really isn't a challenge or whatever to make this page what it's supposed to be and they messed that up. Everyone else did it why couldn't we? Also why would anyone other than Tilman knowingly turn the front office page into a Tilman handjob section? Come on man don't be so obtuse.

Tillman happy, Tillman happy holding Rockets Jersey and Tillman happy with his family... What I think you are trying to argue is that The Rockets website should reflect the professionalism of the team and compared to the rest of the league this section is lackluster at best. The Owner should not be in the front office section since he is not part of the Front Office. The website should list the front office personnel because any company or corporation that wants to distinguish itself as professional and serious will list the people that makes everything work behind the scenes. It is not a matter of opinion but a matter of professionalism and a business standard around the globe.
