Spent 15 years searching for a franchise QB. Had that and a franchise LT, and now the whole process of finding a QB has to start again. Sad.
He's hesitating and over thinking. You can see it. Honestly I'm not taking a qb seriously until a certain amount of games. Mills hasn't played a ton of college games let alone pro.
I agree. Still don’t like the decision making so far. Not a fan of QB being tentative with his throws either
I’m not ready to give up on mills and assume he’ll never be good. But it’s clear to me that this dude needs reps. Didn’t play much in college and seems underdeveloped
The problem is, he's not good enough to start and he's not going to get the reps he needs in practice as a backup.
The odds are against him ever becoming a long term starting QB in the league. I hope we find a way to give him an honest shot at realizing whatever potential he has though. Maybe tyrod misses some games and Mills gets to start a few this year.
Most entertaining was Spencer with his "Nice" only for something bad to happen. Runner up, Texans seeing Tom Brady being pulled from the game and saying we should pull Tyrod and his 31 passing yards right here too. Reid had a nice kickoff.
My friend, those aren't LUMPS....Those are flat out Mountains! And I can tell you now, the Texans need to draft a QB next yr
