My vote goes to Aaron Brooks and it's pretty much based on his last few games. I agree with what Bullard says about focusing on scoring first and creating off of that. Aaron is not a pure PG and if he tries to play like one then his value goes down considerably. In the last few games he's really changed his mindset and has impressed me with his increased confidence. However, the point guard position for the opponents has not been very strong this preseason. Aside from Tony Parker, Aaron has gone up against a lot of players that are up and coming themselves. I'm curious to see him against bigger, more talented PG's that will post him up. Ron Artest has impressed me in certain ways and in certain games, but has also been fairly disappointing in certain ways and in certain games. Hopefully he plays a lot better once the regular rotation is in place. Umm...Tracy is bad at all those things.
yeah but with the spurs bench, they have one of their big 3 coming off the bench. we don't bring one of our best players off the bench.
I can't agree with you more .the more expectation at first, the more disappointment at last.now let adversity try rocket
Gerald Green was awsome tonight against the Kings Gerald Green, SG 20 10-12 4-5 5-5 1 5 6 2 3 0 3 1 29
Landry, just for the consistency he shows in all 6 games so far. I think he played 5 games... never mind. AB is playing with a lot of confidence so far, have to wait till he play more minutes with the starters.
of course Carl Landry,i think he will be the most efficient player in the team during the season, the way he played is so compatible with T-MAC,AB and Brent Barry.
i was wandering is that a mistake that we give up Gerald Green. can anybody post a poll about this? this dude play awesome with MAV.
I of course voted for Von Wafer, Nobody expected him to do anything, based on previous performances. Just goes to show what an off season of hard training and skill improvement can do to produce a decent player. If he can do it in the regular season, and he should, we might have found us a worthwhile addition to our team.
I think Von Wafer surprised me the most. I didn't give him much chance, actually any, before pre-season to make the team, but he's looked impressive thus far.
