Watching our 2nd/3rd unit play against starters is making me realize just how badly we are going to destroy teams in the RS
I never thought Strawberry or Wafer would make the team. I thought Harris had a chance because Battier was side-lined but we could do without him too. Dorsey needs to watch his fouls but Aaron played well this game.
Calm down. The guy had next to no chance of making the team to begin with. And this was before Von Wafer outplayed him.
What are you smoking? AB had an awesome game. 20 pts on 9-14 shooting, what more are you asking for? 13 pts in 33 seconds?
blow this team up..........it isn't working! artest is cancer! RRRRRRRRRRAAAAAAAAAAAAARRRRRRRRRRRRRRRGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGWWWWWWWWWWWWWW
You do realize that these "starters" not named Kevin Durant would likely be the 2nd/3rd unit on other teams do you?
what do you expect he is a 14 year vet the last thing he wants to do is play an OT in a preseason game. i am sure the staff would have preferred him to try to go for a three but oh well its just preseason not a big deal. westbrook didnt play that well out there hopefully he'll improve as the season goes on
Imagine when we drop our first one in the regular season. People on here are going to be flinging themselves off of their roofs.
Agreed. He played ok early in the game. But then he got over his head. All he does his hogging the ball - shoot shoot and shoot some more. He lost the game for us.
I don't care about lose with the deep bench on court. But I don't see any new moves on the offense (like Adelman promised) and we have serious problems to run it and execute it. The thing is we have the problems with the bench players, surely not with McGrady & company. But an offense that depends exclusively of the quality of your players, it's a good/solid offense? Anyway, I hope the starters and the best possible rotation for the next game. Stop with the experiments and opportunities. It's time for preparing the 1st RS game.
