I was a member before clutchcity.com changed to clutchcity.net and destroyed everyones login names. Thats why the oldest members are 1999. I just lurked for years. The sight got popular and you couldn't get into the GARM unless you were a member sometimes(this is how I remember it anyway...like you couldn't get in due to high traffic unless you are a contributing member last year). I registered but didn't have the want to post like you have...You blow me away in post numbers. I think we will destroy KC.

For us outsiders, if you want to listen to the game, here's the link:

    http://www.thegamelive.com/footballnfl.html#hou

Click on the KILT 100.3 link.

And for you tech heads, I'm trying to get the direct link to listen 100.3 live. I right-clicked and chose Properties. Put the mms:// shortcut, but that didn't work. The above link, the guy locked down the right-click so we can't take the shortcut. Can someone get the direct link?

Are the regular season games in HD? Watching SD just blows.

IIRC, CBS only shows a couple of games in HD while FOX shows most of their game in HD. So there might be a couple of games during the season, but it'll probably be mostly SD.

Yep, we definitely saw why the Z man has some seasoning to go to become a legit NFL caliber QB. Go Schauby let's get that first one! Sorry KC, but with no LJ you're gonna have problems in H-Town! :D

For you David Carr watchers out there, he went 8/12 passing for 85 yards, and yes you guessed, an interception.

He was sacked once. I would say it was his fault. Too indecisive. I remember there was a 3rd and 15 on the 16 yard line of the Steelers and he throws a little dump pass for 3 yards with little pressure. The old regime screwed him up big time. Yes the same guys who thought Matt Stevens was a good saftey.

I'm starting to get pissed off. Instead of Texans preseason football (as it says on my guide channel for premium cable in Collge station, tx) we have ads. and on FOX, it'sx the cowgirls stations....WTF

Can't wait till CBS and the games start on sunday.

the INT wasn't his fault. it was the Texan's OL. when Chester Pitts ran to the sideline it caused a gush of wind which travelled a great distance and altered the trajectory of poor David's pass. once again...it's the OL"s fault.

Don't have time to watch David Carr. But I wish that nice-guy-lousy-QB the best until he plays the Texans. Then I wish him 8 sacks, 0 TD, 5 INT, and 36 yards on 28 attempts.

Texans starters looked great all preseason, we have KC, Carolina, Indy, Atlanta and Miami to start the season.

Texans should beat KC and Miami at home and Atlanta on the road.

Now if I had to pick I would say it's gonna be hard to win at home vs Indy and on the road vs Carolina but if they can take care of buisness in those other three games and steal either the Indy or Carolina game it's gonna be fun!

Oh yeah, only starter injured was Earl (never good but if someone is gonna go down this hurts the least)

I am upset about losing Taylor for the season but if Green stays healthy we will be ok and of course it sucks not having Spencer but maybe he can be activated and start by week 10-11
