Looked like he twisted it to the outside, as opposed to the inside. Unfortunately, twisting/spraining your ankle to the outside is much worse.
After the replay it really didn't look that bad. I'd say a mild sprain and they're just being careful. We need updates, because right now I'm seeing red instead of getting red.
