Savage looks more competent... with same personnel on both sides.

 

Well Savage failed to make a first down but he handed the ball off well.

 

I'm starting to get sold on Savage. Good composure, will make mistakes but he looks like the veteran of our QB group.

 

Savage can at least sit in the pocket and take a hit. Great poise.

Savaged didn't flinch when that hit was coming. Didn't backup 15 yards either.

Anyone know why it's impossible to get to the stadium? We have a parking pass but have been stuck in line for two hours. Missing all of the first half. Wtf!!! Are there no parking attendants or something?

Savage never bails out of plays like Keenum

 

My guess is it's to give both QB's a shot with the 2nd unit. Case will get 1st and 3rd quarter, while Savage will get 2nd and 4th.

 

Yeah Savage hands the ball off, holds on to the ball too long, and fails to get first downs like a seasoned pro

I'm hoping that can happen but not banking on Fitz being able to lead team to that many wins. Best case scenario is if Fitz can be a good stop gap until Savage is ready but he doesn't really have a good track record to give much confidence in him leading team well.

You talking about Gabbert? Gabbert just isn't an NFL QB, David Carr wasn't either. I'm of the philosophy if rookie QBs has more talent and gives your team better chance of winning than vet. QBs, then let them play.
