i'm pumped for the warriors clippers game this friday. Get to see blake griffin and maybe a little jeremy lin
That won't happen. For dignity's sake, McGrady will announce his retirement if he won't last the season. If he doesn't start looking more spry before the regular season begins, he'll do it sometime this month. A serious question for McGrady fans that saw his few minutes tonight: Do you still have hope for him? He's had the entire offseason to rehab and recover. You think he was just taking it easy, or what?
Ya the Wizards look like they're going to be at the very least very entertaining team. Gilbert looked solid (kinda "stoned", if you know what I mean ). The happiest guy in the NBA didn't play too poor either- Bouble-double with three blocks in like twenty min of play. So dissapointing that their star player, Adam Morrision couldn't play though lol. He would a high fived the crap outta the Mavs. <object width="640" height="385"><param name="movie" value="http://www.youtube.com/v/gSlA2yb-I4A?fs=1&hl=en_US"></param><param name="allowFullScreen" value="true"></param><param name="allowscriptaccess" value="always"></param><embed src="http://www.youtube.com/v/gSlA2yb-I4A?fs=1&hl=en_US" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" allowscriptaccess="always" allowfullscreen="true" width="640" height="385"></embed></object>
Would Asian Sensation or possibly anyone living in LA (ClipsRoxfan?) who is watching the Blazers/Clippers game care to comment? I can't find it online anywhere but noticed the 64-36 halftime score.
Well now that that pre-season's started its become even more obvious how wrong all the "Le Sidekick" predictions were. Yeah it was just a preseason game. And against the Pistons. But LBJ put points, rebs and assists all over the court in so many different ways. He's the best player on that team, no doubt about it.
I watched the ESPN recap on this game. They kept putting an arrow with tmac's name on it every time lebron would blow passed him off a pick and then dunk on him/use him (it was really funny/messed up how they singled him out on the highlights) Knowing this board I laughed and knew there would be a good sized thread on this game lol
Can you guys imagine how much deadlier each one of wade, bosh, and lebron are now that defenses aren't keying in on them every single game? There is already no stopping of just one of them, but 3 of them together will be impossible to guard. Heat are unguardable, there, I said it.
lol reminds me of <object width="640" height="385"><param name="movie" value="http://www.youtube.com/v/jGoerx3B40E?fs=1&hl=en_US"></param><param name="allowFullScreen" value="true"></param><param name="allowscriptaccess" value="always"></param><embed src="http://www.youtube.com/v/jGoerx3B40E?fs=1&hl=en_US" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" allowscriptaccess="always" allowfullscreen="true" width="640" height="385"></embed></object>
The only team that could guard the Heat 1 on 1 legitimately are the Lakers. Kobe can handle Wade, you could change up and have Artest and Barnes guard LeBron and have Gasol on Bosh.
Do you seriously think Kobe can "handle" Wade? I hope not. Barnes has no chance against LeBron. Artest used to have success against LeBron but that was years ago.
