I understand the argument, but logically, if the players are getting paid X per season, then it doesn't matter what their pre-season take is, really (understanding even that those preseason games aren't technically in their contract so they are getting paid a little more). If they split up their salary over 20 games instead of 16, same difference in total. Though again, I understand the point that the more games you have, the more potential for revenue generation.
okay, game has started. defense trotted out, and held them to a missed field goal. its time for matt schaub.
cut kevin walters now. atleast schaub got rid of the ball. anyone just hear spencer? God damn i love spencer tillman. if this was last years number 8, it would have been scary or something like that.
Andre Johnson has hall of fame talent, but he will never get into Canton, which sucks. He is my favorite Texan of all time.
i am too, but then i realized that the bears have a top 3 offensive line.. so im cuttin em some slack
Despite being stopped on that third and goal, I think Dayne has looked good and should form a nice 1-2 punch with Green.
did you watch the same game I did? cus the entire time our starters were out there we rocked them. pass rush was a bit unimpressive -- but the bears have a good line. I don't see how our defense was getting pushed around.
