About being happy we are having a new President! WEEEEEE! basso, were you happy with George Bush's presidency? What were his high and low points? I expect a 3 sentence post by this time tomorrow, or you will not graduate!
This is crazy - you can get live results for the Dems here: http://www.iowacaucusresults.com/ It automatically updates every 30 seconds. For the past 30 minutes or so, all three have floated between 31.5% and 33.5%. At one point, they were 32.3, 32.3, and 32.5%.

Like the one CNN guy said: "The more people see Romney, the less they like him." A right-wing buddy of mine said Romney was on Sean Hannity and accused Huckabee of being the negative campaigner, not him. What a liar!
It looks like about 2/3 of the precincts are reporting now. That race is crazily close. It is amazing.
Looks like Obama has a good shot of winning Iowa. Which one of the two Hillary and Obama has better chance of being elected in general election? Since I like Democrats better this year, I wonder if I should go support either one of the two in Indiana. I would vote for either one of them which ever comes out on top in general election.
The polls right now show that Obama out performs Hillary in head to head match ups vs. all the republicans
thanks for the info, I will keep watching. I really want a competent president after Bush, I am just not really sure if Obama is really ready, but maybe I should take a chance on him.
Obama cleaned up in Iowa with 37%. Very nice. Hopefully the momentum carries over to NH and SC. Hillary's camp is silent tonight.
The news is more about Edwards than Hillary: He is dead. With the effort he poured into Iowa, with his holdover organization and with his non-stop Iowa campaign since 2004, Edwards still lost. He has no hope. I don't care if he's from South Carolina because he won't win there. On the Dem side, it's a two-person race from here. Iowa was indeed decisive.
