how sick would it be if we won all of those games but lost to like minnesota on the 20th...i think this will be good for our team, we need to have these tough games fresh in our minds so we know what we will be dealing with in the playoffs
I agree. This team really needs to be comfortable with playing tough opponents on a consecutive basis. On a somewhat related sidenote, has anyone else noticed how it seems as if half of the Jazz's home games are against teams playing the last half of a back-to-back and the Jazz are playing on 3 days rest?!! It's pretty much a scheduled loss for the visiting team. Pure crap.
my point exactly. i feel like we respond much better to teams that have a game plan, as opposed to teams that just run wild and use their young guns to run up and down the court. i personally look forward to these tough games to prove that the Rockets are for real, while also creating more losses for the other teams.
The chips fall where they may. Scheduling and officiating are out of everyone's control. The Rockets play much more focused against upper tier teams. Their March schedule is brutal on paper, but I actually feel more confident because I know the Rockets will bring their A-game virtually every night. If the Rockets continue to play tough defense like they did against Portland and Cleveland in March, they should win the majority of the "tough" games ahead.
