    With the way the Rockets have been playing, and finally running on all cylinders, I have a feeling that we will beat out SA for the Division.

    That'd be great, but I am not quite that optimistic. Look at the remainder of our schedule. Brutal.

    we've been brutal to others teams: Detroit, Dallas, Cavs. I dont think those were flukes, although the loss to Chicago was.

    We are definitely showing some promise, while the Spurs are stacking up some losses.

    Don't get me wrong, I would like nothing more than to see the Rockets come out on top, but this is what we have to look forward to:

    We are in the midst of 4 games in 5 nights and are about to play 5 in 7 nights. We still have 4 back to backs and the following opponents:

    @Utah twice
    Home and away with Phoenix
    @Denver
    Home and away with LA
    Home and away with SA
    Home and away with NO
    @Dallas
    Orlando
    Portland
    Detroit

    If that home stretch doesn't battle-test us, I don't know what will.

    correct, I don't think we're winning this division. we will DEFINITELY be prepared for the playoffs though, which is more important if you ask me.

    I have a feeling you're wrong .... But let's see what happens. Also, how do you know we're going to beat out NO (or even Dallas for that matter)?

    don't get me wrong, most of these teams are more afraid to see us. especially since we are rolling.

    Really? We only won 38 games so far, and need to win at least 10 games to make sure it.

    We can win the division. Just have to play hard and defend well. It possible, it would do lots for our seeding in the PO's

    I have a question about the seedings. If we`d won in Chicago on saturday we would be with exact same record than Denver. Would the rockets be 3rd? or still 4th?

    What I understand is that new seeding format makes division leader can`t go worst than 4th, therefore we could go 3rd at best right now, but I was wondering if there were some kind of tie breaker just because they`re leading their division.

    I think Manu`s injury give us some advantage, but again, we`re 3 back right now.

    so? look at their record vs the west. they're going to win a lot of these upcoming games despite difficulty in schedule.

    That guy is just not a smart poster determined by his post record. As for the prediction, I say the seed 4 or 5 are very likely, it is too late to win the division
