Reggie Jackson can't save them now. The only reason he saved them last time was because the Rockets didn't have enough games to figure out how to counter. In other words, McHale is terrible under pressure.

 

Don't understand NBA coaching much do you? Many NBA coaches are egotistical dictators like JVG, D'Antonio, Addeldman etc. Or they are coaches who delegate responsibility and who depend on staff for the X's and O's. In that category are Phil Jackson, McHale etc. If someone is the head coach under Morey they had better be willing to adapt and delegate, because the ground is always going to be moving under their feet. McHale will consult his assistant coaches and then make adjustments. The head coaches primary responsibility is to be a leader of men. Best system around by far.
