I do blame Tilman for more than 1/2 of this mess. 1) you let your HOF coach walk after insulting him with a 1 yr deal (rumored) after allowing him to totally remake the offense from traditional 5 in the lineup. You let a slightly overrated but still top 3 GM walk (see above D’Antoni) and then now both of your stars are angry and want out. That’s NOT a good look!! 2) you allowed Harden this much power and should of let it be known from Day 1 “I’m the owner and ultimately I have final say and last word”. He bent over backwards to appease Harden and look at what he got for his efforts. Harden needed to be called out and not catered too after all his playoff disappointments. Tilman has clearly proven he will go the cheapest route on most moves and the staff realize that will only get you so far. Tilman is clueless in running a sports team. you

Because EVERYTHING, LITERALLY EVERYTHING we have done since he bought the team has made us lose. Did not pay luxury tax when we needed it, him and his dopey son pushed the Westbrook trade through, MDA is gone, Morey is gone. These are all things that have happend since he bought the team.
We’ll be back better and stronger in the future. James Harden wasn’t going to lead us to a Championship in the next 3 years anyways. The West is going to be really good and deep especially with young up and coming teams improving and adding pieces and the Warriors are back also. This is actually a great time to start a rebuild. I’m ecstatic!
Definitely, Tilly and his boys have this ship headed right to the top! There's no other owner and FO that I'd put more trust into getting a rebuild done right! LOL.

Getting rid of Harden is a great start. Remember, Harden could’ve vetoed Westbrick. It’s what he wanted. It’s his fault as much as Tilly’s if not more.
