OH MAN!! I was driving around there, as I go to Church right at that intersection (St. Laurence Catholic Parish), and was wondering what had happened. My thoughts and prayers go out to the Ackerman family. Today before me and my Rowdies do our pre-game romp, I will have us all gather for a moment of silence to lift up his mother and father that they may be with the Lord.
Well damn. Such a terrible thing. Sounds like the driver may have had a heart attack, or a stroke or something.. just awful news, prayers sent.
That reminds you -- anytime we are on the road and anytime our family and loved ones are on the road, this could happen to us any time. Man, like John Donne said, when the bell tolls, it tolls for thee. It is important to keep that in mind in the face of tragedies like this, because it helps us appreciate the earth shattering nature of the event for the victims and for their loved ones and to be able to properly sympathize with them.
Horrible, horrible news. Just watched him on Rocketscast Live yesterday, yucking it up with Friedman. Serves as an unfortunate reminder of how things can change in an instant. So sorry to hear this, and I hope he gets through it okay eventually.
In Craig's honor. We don't know if 2morrow's possible. But and I know this is a tough one. But think about the good time Craig had with his beloved parents. I do know something else. As soon as the wrest of the earth know's about the coming. Of JESUS then we'll ALL OF US. We'll be gladly transported to a place of. No more pain, and that's a good thing! Because of JESUS, I will be servient to JESUS.
Horrible news such a tragic event for anyone to go through. Prayers to Craig and the Ackerman family. May his parents be with the Lord and rest in peace.
My heart goes out to Craig and his family. Just awful when tragedy strikes like this, out of the blue.
My dad just turned 66 and I'm about the same age as Craig. Can only wonder what he's going through. Huge condolences to the Ackerman family.
