I just returned from a trip to Paris, Vienna, and Prague. Of the three, I was most pleasantly surprised with Prague. It is an amazing place that I rarely heard about when researching Europe's best cities. The culture, the architecture, the beauty, the relative inexpensiveness...the place had it all. I look forward to a return. Anybody else have a similar experience or favorite destination while in the city?
I've been to all three of the same places, and I agree, Prague was my favorite. The city is one of the most beautiful I've ever been to. The views from the castle and the Letna Beer Garden were awesome. I loved the fact that some of the best beer in the world was cheaper than a glass of water. Did you go to U Flecku? It is one of the world's oldest restuarants and their brew was amazing!
Of those three cities, Prague is my least favorite. Prague is ok, good beer. I remember having a few too many at some club at the foot of a bridge across the Charles River. that was a long time ago
too many anglo tourists…..it's almost like disneyland around the charles bridge… cuisine and restaurants nothing to write home about.. those czech girls look good tho
I know next to thing about Prague, but after watching Hostel, they made it seem scary. Especially for such a good looking tourist such as myself, with an American accent.
had an awesome time in prague. everything was so beautiful, even moreso at nighttime with the snow (went during winter) and that massive 5 story club, (karlov ivala? cant remember) was pretty cool. LOTS OF FUNNNN
