Rubbing alcohol to remove ink stains on most hard surfaces.

Rub aluminum foil on hands remove smells of onions and peppers

Borax laundry cleaner works great controlling bug problems, sprinkle in cracks, carpet or where ever you have bugs

    WD40 removes crayon markings

Place fabric sheets between mattress and box springs for a light pleasant scent in your bedrooms

Wash out lint trap with warm, soapy water after each dryer use. It prolongs the life of your dryer.

I know everyone has problems wih removing stickers and labels that stores put on stuff. If you peel it off and the glue is still stuck to whatever you bought, spray some WD40 on it. The glue will come right off.

Dump a whole box into a fanny pack and leave it unzipped. It works every time. Oh, and keep moving... outside if possible.

Of course, if you have a car made after WWII, you can use the window defroster. ;)

Here is my very own, obvious, but useful tip.....

If you somehow stain your clothes (or carpet for that matter), the secret is quick cleaning with water. As soon as possible, retreat to a washroom, run a towel under water (can be a paper towel), apply some soap (preferable clear coloured soap) and "dab" the affected area. Apply plenty of water, and press firmly - try to resist the temptation to wipe and rub until the mark is mostly gone. Keep applying water, and to a lesser extent, soap, until the marks are gone.

Has saved my clothes on numerous occasions over the years. Nothing worse than being out for a night and having to suffer through a big spaghetti sauce stain on your shirt!

Note: Please try to refrain from selecting portions from the above text and using for sexual inuendo ;)
