Which corporate campus relocated to Roosevelt Island?

You are putting info out there saying the losers here were the poor, yet you have nothing to substantiate that. Google's campus and Roosevelt Island redevelopment - where are the poor in all this?

Stalking can definitely run me off, if that's the intent.

You literally just proved the articles point by making fun of something you didn’t agree with.

that's not the intent at all, but it seems to me you appear to expect a certain amount of deference because of . . . what exactly? you can make back-handed sarcastic remarks aimed at me (presumably), but you can't take it yourself? Again, I'm not stalking, but you have drawn first blood a couple of times recently with fairly snide, fairly obvious, fairly sneering remarks tossed in my direction.

The far left base is much more emotional. That’s kind of what I get out of this.

I don't recall reading anything like from @B-Bob -- I believe you may be confusing his posts with mine.

Gee... I'm surprised a "moderate Democrat" would be confused when people question their continual stream of right wing blogs...

This is getting a little crazy. Some of our usually more thoughtful posters are going at it pretty hard.

I appreciate a good debate and the nature of this place but it appears a littlle more mean-spirited than usual.

"Former social justice warrior" is a great way to monetize. The market is hot for gamergate Twitch celebrity worshipers who think Bioware's downfall is credited to their sjw propaganda.

Honestly, anyone who changes their opinion on macroeconomic policy, social sciences etc based on "how my friends treated me" probably never held opinions based on nuance .

Also, from my experience being deeply entrench in a right wing bubble for four years, the issues that the right wing harps about stem from a notion of "triggering people" rather than genuinely caring about policy. For example, their notions of illegal Mexicans is something they only hear from third hand experiences from click bait titles. They never have been personally negatively effected by a Mexican. They just vicariously "feel the pain of Mexican illegals" through click bait news titles. It never has personally effected them. Therefore, when a liberal discredits them, it's easier for them to not be "triggered" because it's easy to not be "triggered" when someone is dismissing a claim you've never personally experienced.

It's pretty much the opposite for movements like BLM. See, when a black person attaches to a movement like BLM, they probably have actual personal negative experiences with encounters with law enforcement. Thus, when a right winger goes to their face and dismisses their experiences, it's easier to be "triggered". Same with the LGBT community.

Hence why I say the right wing has weaponized sincerity .

I credit this a priori mean-spirited, one-sided shaming thread for helping me see the bright light. Peace and good luck.

I don't think you get to have it both ways. It doesn't make sense for you to take on your adopted role of troll and still complain when people don't take your posts seriously.
