Well I don't believe it so is there really a joke? Plus it's not like I've done extensive research just a few news searches and what not.
Someone won the powerball a few weeks ago and was getting 70 million. Is it possible that this is the guy and he won it a few weeks ago and is just now coming forward?

So it just takes a few weeks for the Powerball to reach $150 million? Where was the winning ticket sold? Was the jackpot $70 million or the lump sum payout $70 million? ***EDIT*** Looked at the winners on Powerball's website. The last winning ticket was worth $97 million back in January with a cash payout of about $48 million and it was sold in Louisiana not Missouri.
Aren't there multiple powerball jackpots? I know there is an arizona powerball. Maybe he won a different powerball?
The guy I'm thinking of won a 160 million dollar jackpot 2-3 weeks ago and the lump sum payout was 70 million. It was an older guy who won it can't remember what state he was from.
Powerball is a single lottery played across several states (generally smallish states that want a larger jackpot than their own citizens could supply on their own).
I am still waiting for my powerball ticket to hit the jack pot! I am not greedy, I just need oh 30 mil.
Just be leery if your friend comes to you and asks you to help his family get their money out of the Lottery system because of some "technicality".
Yes, the father-in-law was playing a "PUNK'D" styled prank on the family, which I think is wrong. I mean my friend was ready to quit his job and he actually told he wife she could go ahead and quit her job as well. Luckily they didn't but when he messaged me that that is what happened all I told him was I knew it. Just glad he didn't go out and do anything too drastic.
