It's true that Kwame is identified by someone as a failed project. The catch is, if Kwame has done anything special, Rockets will never have the money to pay him. Financially, Rockets will be tied by the max contracts of Tmac and Yao for years. I believe, CD and JVG will look for bargain talent innovatively in order to compete for the title.
