Republicans could have funded chip quite a while ago and what happened to Mexico paying for the wall? I know I won't get an answer out of you because your just doing the usual trolling. In all honesty there's plenty of blame to go around for both parties, but again that's to reasonable of an explanation for you.
I think your boy Obama would say that while he's willing to negotiate those kinds of things, he won't do so "with a gun to his head"....so there's your answer.

49 members of he Senate voted “no” to funding the government. Senate members say they don’t want to make it about “immigration” but they have done just that. Such a sad day. I hope Pakistan, Somalia, Saudi Arabia, and Venezuela can forgive us. Their opinion of the US means so much to me.
