    Well they say he does not get jobs because he cant speak well. And I'm not sure if he used to be addicted to crack but I know he smokes dank nug all the time according to reports.

    Totally not true, i've heard him speak and he sounds fine. KAJ would be an awesome addition to this team, assuming he can coach.

    I agree having one of if not the greatest center ever on board would be great I am just thinking back to a piece I saw on him

    If JVG leaves I would take Marc Iavaroni(new blood,very smart,great vision,and a eye for talent) and bring in Mario as assistant.

    This is all news to me because I had read and seen reports that the reason he wasn't getting NBA coaching jobs was because of some sort of fallout from his playing days. Jabbar didn't talk much to the press and his teammates and was considered aloof. He mostly kept to himself and wasn't what you'd call "one of the guys". When he was on the court, he played under control and did not show much visible emotion ala Magic Johnson and this was interpreted as his being arrogant and acting like he was above it all. This rubbed some people the wrong way I suppose but to me, all this shouldn't be a reason not to consider interviewing the guy. Jabbar knows basketball. More importantly, Jabbar knows winning basketball having won championships in college and the NBA. They could do a lot worse...
